We start to look ahead with the women's open division.

In Pool A, we find James Madison who is defending their 2012 open championship.  They will have to get by Pennsylvania and Texas Tech who return to the open division after entering last year's tourney and Vermont.

In Pool B we find Missouri who returns to the open tournament this year and will face Colorado "Black" who returns from last year's open tourney, Central Florida and Georgetown to round out Pool B.

In Pool C, we see Virginia Tech returning to the open tournament.  They find that Washington University-St. Louis who returns from last year's open tourney, while Fordham and Colorado Mesa round out Pool C.

In Pool D, Michigan returns to the open tournament this year with Northeastern & Mary Washington (both returning to open from last year) and Iowa rounding out the group.

Pool E has San Diego State returning to the open tournament to face Vanderbilt & Wisconsin-Milwaukee (both returning from open last year) and Massachusetts rounding out the pool.

Pool F has UCLA returning to open (Open Semifinalist in 2012) to face, the University of Miami (2012 Open Quarterfinalist), Iowa State  (returning to open from last year) and Connecticut.

James Madison is an Open powerhouse winning 2 of the last 4 open titles in the women's division.  They have advanced to the knockout round each year since 2008.

Will they have the edge this year?  We'll see on Thursday at 11:30am when things kick-off for the Women's Open Division.
